- 【Curveside pick-up】 Due to airport construction, we will meet you on the sidewalk outside the terminal instead of inside the arrival lobby. After your flight arrives, our driver will contact you in Japanese on your mobile phone. Please wait outside the building (arrival floor) after receiving your luggage. Check the **pillar number (e.g. B - 5)** on the column along the sidewalk and provide the driver with that number. We will turn your car to the designated area immediately.
- Flow of the day: Curveside Meat Service Check the day before: We will contact you with the name and mobile number of your Japanese driver at least one day before your booking. On arrival: The driver will wait near the airport, confirm your arrival and send a message (SMS) in Japanese to your mobile phone.
