This Privacy Policy explains how The Travel Spark Company LLC handles information in connection with Los Angeles Awaits. It describes the site’s technical practices and is not a statement that every optional service mentioned below is active at all times.
Information you choose to provide
If you use the contact form, we process the name, reply email address, subject, and message you submit. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. We use contact-form information to review and answer the request, investigate corrections or rights questions, maintain security, and keep a reasonable record of correspondence.
The form is handled through WordPress mail. When the site’s Brevo mail transport is configured, Brevo may process message-delivery data as a service provider. The form includes a hidden spam trap and a short-lived rate limit derived from a one-way hash of the request’s network address. The site does not display the private delivery address publicly.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the hosting, security, caching, and content-delivery systems may process technical information such as network address, browser and device characteristics, requested URL, referrer, timestamps, response status, and security signals. This information supports delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and aggregate operational measurement. Retention is controlled by the relevant system and may vary according to security and operational needs.
Cookies and local storage
WordPress may use cookies for administrators and other signed-in users. Security and caching services may use essential identifiers to distinguish legitimate traffic or maintain a stable session. Travel widgets may use browser storage to remember that a visitor closed a booking bar or to retain an in-page comparison choice for the current tab. Tours, stays, and affiliate links
The site can display tours, activities, and accommodation information supplied by third-party services through TravelSpark. Product cards may include current provider data and sponsored or affiliate links. Opening a provider link takes you to a separate service, which processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. Los Angeles Awaits does not receive the payment-card details you give directly to a booking provider.
Affiliate and performance systems may associate a click with the page, placement, product, campaign parameters, or a limited technical identifier so that a provider can attribute a later transaction. Do not treat a provider card, price, rating, availability statement, or booking action as information controlled by this site. Review the destination service’s current privacy notice before completing a transaction.
Embedded content and external links
Articles may link to public agencies, cultural organizations, attractions, transit services, parks, or other independent sites. If an embed or external widget is enabled, that third party may receive technical request information and may set its own cookies. A link does not mean that the outside site endorses Los Angeles Awaits or that we control its privacy practices.
How information is shared
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, content delivery, security, backups, email transport, site management, and authorized tour or hotel functionality. We do not publish contact-form submissions and do not sell the contents of private correspondence.
