  • Age and Safety: Customers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women may join if under 24 weeks by the trip's end.
  • Tickets and Charges: City Passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction prices may change, and tickets are non-refundable.
  • Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
  • For Groups with Multiple Bookings: To ensure your group travels together on the same bus, please provide all confirmation numbers after completing your bookings.
  • Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
  • Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
  • Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided.
  • On the last day for the tour, we will provide two return destinations,Los Angeles or San Francisco. Only included an itinerary with travelers return to Los Angeles. NO itinerary for the travelers return to San Francisco. Please check on product itinerary for more details. Thank you for the understanding.
  • Booking Details: Ensure all booking details (name, contact, flight info) are accurate. Errors will result in personal costs.

  • Weight Limit Notice for Helicopter/Plane Tours:The maximum weight per guest is 300 lbs (136 kg). Guests over this limit may be subject to extra fees or denied boarding by the operator.Additional charges are the guest's responsibility. If denied for safety reasons, prepaid fees will be refunded.
  • During the closure of the Lower Antelope Canyon 01/09/2026 to 01/22/2026, we will visit X Antelope Canyon.
  • Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.
  • Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
